BACK ORDERS
A backorder refers to a situation where a product is temporarily out of stock at the moment of purchase, but it will be restocked and made available for delivery in the near future.
At our company, we strive to ensure that our stock information is accurate and up to date. However, since we sell our products on multiple platforms, there may be instances where a product sells out before the listing can be promptly updated.
If you come across a product that is currently out of stock, or if it's showing in stock but we contact you to let you know it was sold out, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If we contact you, we will give you the timeframe we expect the product will be back in stock. A product can always be back ordered and backorders have priority in shipment when the item arrives.
If you want to purchase a product that is out of stock, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly for more information about when the product will be back.

Please note that once an on-demand order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We ask for your understanding in this matter, as the order is being made specifically for you as we don't keep stock of these items.
